| Xanga informs me that it has been a long time since I posted. So, here's an update post. I'm very busy with taxes, estate settling, and decluttering, and homeschooling on the side. So, for the time being I'm not blogging much. Hope to do more in the future.

| One of the things I do, for those who don't know, is make and donate things to Online Angels. I'll have to post the website later. Here are some photos of some recent projects.

an unfinished pair of slippers. Five finished pairs of slippers, plus the one unfinished pair.
A scarf my mom made. (Mom passed away in June 2007), plus some squares my mom had made, that I sent to Online Angels (about 35 of them).
A baby "onsie" I crocheted, and two baby hats.

| Christmas came and Christmas went. Generally we had a good day, even though we missed this one:
We somehow managed to get along with these ones:
And we warmed the day be serving up two new pets, Mocha: and Latte:
There were drums for the boy, and other fun things. There was something special IT for the girl. Well, that's it for the update for now. Hope you enjoyed the photos!
| Thought I'd show a few photos of JD doing cardboard schnell (working on cardboard/posterboard model):

Nothing final to show for his work yet. Some cutting done, in an envelope, waiting til after Christmas to work more on it.
| Been busy in the kitchen. Decided I want to be sure to send out photos of stuff I/we (JD and I) get done this year. Here are some photos of something we did this week:
Homemade Marshmallows! They are a Martha Stewart recipe.
